Cancellation Policy

At Infinite Wellbeing, we are committed to providing a dedicated space for our community. Because our sessions and room hires often require significant forward planning and resources, we operate a 28-day notice period for all cancellations. Booking & Payments Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email. Payment: Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your date and time. Cancellation & Rescheduling (28-Day Rule) To receive a refund or move your booking, you must provide us with at least 28 days' notice prior to the start of your booking. 28 Days or More Notice: You are entitled to a full refund (minus any non-refundable administration fees specified at booking) or a one-time transfer to a new date. Less than 28 Days' Notice: If you cancel within 28 days of your scheduled date, the full booking fee is non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled. Reasoning: This window allows us to offer the space to others in our community who may be on a waiting list. Room Hire & Party Bookings For hall hire and children's parties, the 28-day rule is strictly enforced. If you cancel within the 28-day window, you will remain liable for the full hire fee. Any external costs incurred by us on your behalf (such as specific catering orders or equipment hire) are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our suppliers. Cancellations by Infinite Wellbeing If we are forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility maintenance or staff emergency), we will notify you immediately. You will receive a choice of: A full refund. A credit toward a future booking. How to Cancel All cancellation requests must be made either by email or through the booking site.
