What is Covered by the Mindfulness and Wellbeing Programme?

The aim of the programme is to provide the tools and resources you need to proactively manage and maintain positive levels of wellbeing.

The programme is a block of six sessions, each with recorded videos, information and activities to work through at your own pace.

Each session has a different focus:

1.    What is wellbeing and mindfulness?

The carefully planned activities allow you to explore what wellbeing means to you on a personal level, as well as understanding more general definitions. This builds self-awareness and reflection which prepares you for learning further skills and making the important shifts.

2.    Emotions, feelings and moods

Knowing the difference between emotions, feelings and moods is essential to understanding the body and mind's reactions. This understanding underpins identifying and using the best  techniques for emotional stability which allows you to achieve and maintain a positive level of wellbeing.

3.    Anxiety and finding calmness

Anxiety is one of the most prevalent mental health struggles faced by people today. Understanding the causes and varying levels of anxiety, and then learning a wide range of positive coping techniques helps you to manage any anxiety you may experience.

4.    Kindness and gratitude

Practising gratitude and self-care is widely understood to have significant benefits, both physical and mental. This session teaches you how to integrate these key wellbeing approaches into your daily life.

5.    Intentions and manifestations (goal setting)

This session focuses on the importance of setting realistic goals and understanding how to take positive steps to achieve them. You will become future-focused and empowered to take control of your own progress.

6.    Resilience

This session celebrates your achievements and progress during the course. It recaps the tools and techniques covered during the programme and provides an opportunity to create your personal wellbeing toolbox.

A huge warm welcome to you!

Our aim at Infinite Wellbeing is to share knowledge and tools for managing wellbeing, so children, adults, and families can understand, maintain, and improve their wellbeing, and enjoy the best in life.

From working inside the education system, I know all too well that, too often, people weren’t offered support until they reached crisis point. Battling against the system, I knew more had to be done, and it had to be done sooner.

One of the best ways I know to help people is to empower them with understanding their wellbeing and mental health, and how to maintain it positively.

I wanted to create something proactive to help people with this, and that’s why I created Infinite Wellbeing to support all areas of the community, from children and adults to schools and businesses.

Proactively addressing wellbeing empowers individuals to change their lives. The impact is then felt by family, friends, and whole communities.

Wellbeing is at the heart of a Well World.

I invite you to explore our services and, if you want to chat more about your wellbeing or how you can be involved in the work we do, then email me at info@infinite-wellbeing.co.uk
