With a background in energy healing and a deep commitment to helping others, Rebecca discovered the transformative power of Access Bars and became certified to share its benefits with others. Through gentle touch and nurturing support, she guides her clients on a journey of relaxation, release, and renewal.

Teresa Palmer - Tropic Skincare

Teresa is a Tropic Skincare Ambassador and is passionate about helping ladies enjoy their healthiest, glowing skin through the power of natural, freshly made, vegan, cruelty free products that are kind to your skin and are highly effective. 

Her love of the company and the gorgeous products began when her skin changed and she was having spots, oily skin and breakouts, all mainly hormone related. She knows how it feels when you’re feeling self conscious about your skin or you wish it was brighter, plumper, younger looking, less oily, less dry, etc etc. Teresa offers a free consultation of up to an hour to discuss your skincare needs and formulate an easy to follow skincare routine, followed by a gorgeous relaxing mini facial to leave you feeling fabulous.

Teresa is also Reiki and Access Bars qualified. Why not treat yourself to a full self-care session with Teresa?!

She will be in the treatment room on Thursday afternoons and into the evening.

Hi, I’m Kate. I'm an experienced Master reflexologist. I absolutely love reflexology and helping people on their wellbeing journey.

Reflexology can be enjoyed by everyone.

Whether you are looking for symptom support, improving your wellbeing or just for relaxation reflexology could help.

As a Master Reflexologist I treat the whole person to help rebalance your mind and body.

I completed my training with Jubilee college in Nottingham. Completing the Mastership Level 5 Reflexology Practitioners Diploma and Level 4  Anatomy and Physiology. I am also a Gentle Touch Reflexology practitioner and instructor for babies and children.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, fully insured and hold a current DBS certificate.
