Cancellation Policy
At Infinite Wellbeing, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our visitors. To help us manage our community space and specialist services effectively, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following booking policy. 1. Booking & Payments Confirmation: All bookings made via www.infinite-wellbeing.co.uk are subject to availability. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email. Payment: Payment for classes, events, and room hire is typically required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (72-Hour Rule) We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure our practitioners and community staff can manage their schedules, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. More than 72 hours' notice: You will be eligible for a full refund or a transfer of your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Less than 72 hours' notice: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. This is because we are often unable to fill the slot at short notice. No-Shows: If you fail to attend a booked session or event without prior notice, the full booking fee will be forfeited.
